The objective of the meeting is to provide an update to all wheat research and breeding community about the advances in wheat quality research and breeding. The meeting will be focused on all wheat quality aspects (end-use quality, nutrition & health, food safety).
The meeting will start at 14:00 hrs (Central European Time, corresponding to morning in US and late evening in Japan/Australia) and will end at 16:00 hrs. The program will include four (4) short presentations each day followed by time for discussion and questions.
The first day of the meeting (November 24th) will be dedicated to presentations by senior scientists while the second day of the meeting (November 25th) young scientists (Ph.D. students and Post-Docs) will have the opportunity to present their research projects.
